I generally have reservations about all online ordering but being Akl based, it was the only practical option so I placed my first online order with them. Products arrived in perfect condition and beautifully packed. There was a little niggly issue around 1 or 2 of the smallgoods so I advised Omak of this purely for their awareness. Well they went above and beyond to remedy that, and the matter was resolved with absolute professionalism and great communication (thank you very much Karina).
So in our experience, both their service and their products have been impeccable and hence we will continue to reward them with our loyal custom.
