L’Authentique Truffle & Mushroom Parfait is made using porcini and fresh portobello, perfectly accented with truffle oil, giving an earthy flavour reminiscent of a traditional French autumn forest. L’Authentique Truffle & Mushroom Parfait is made with free-range New Zealand chicken liver and is finer than pâté — nearer a mousse. A parfait is a pâté that is more perfect! Gluten and dairy-free.
