With all the flavours of foie gras, this ethical parfait is hand-made in a classical French style, from happy New Zealand free-range ducks. L’Authentique Duck Liver Parfait is made with free-range New Zealand chicken liver and is finer than pâté — nearer a mousse. A parfait is a pâté that is more perfect! Gluten and dairy-free.
