Sometimes a little lamb is all you need, and who isn’t in the mood for a roast every now and again? We think this succulent New Zealand lamb rump is just what you’re looking for. These unadorned beauties are big enough to feed hungry mouths and our expert butchers have left the fat on so it’ll be as succulent as possible when it reaches your dinner table – sure to be a talking point among friends and family! If roasting whole doesn’t tickle your fancy, these can also be sliced into lamb steaks beautifully. 2 pack approximately 650g per pack. To roast, we recommend you sear the fat and then place in a pre heated oven (190 degrees C) for 40 minutes to leave a lovely pink blush on the lamb. Country of Origin, New Zealand.
